Between 06:00 and 10:00 the thermal circuit runs without music, phones or conversation. The steam room smells of eucalyptus, the magnesium pool holds 36°C, the plunge sits at 18°C and the only sound is water. It is, our regulars insist, the single best hour the resort offers — and it's free with any stay.
Luxury is a warm stone deck at dawn when the rest of the resort is still asleep.

Ten minutes of steam, a cold plunge you think about first, then the salt pool until your shoulders forget their job. Repeat twice. The travertine deck at the end is heated, which is exactly what you want at 06:40 in July.
Staff quietly rotate chilled towels and herbal tea through the circuit — the only words spoken are on the way in and out.
Morning rituals begin at 07:30 — the 60-minute Kakadu Rain Recovery is the regulars' pick, built around native botanicals blended on site. Book the first slot of the day and the garden pavilion is yours alone, with the birds doing the soundtrack the speakers aren't allowed to.
If silent mornings aren't yours, the circuit opens fully from 10:00 with the usual service chatter. But every sceptic we've converted started the same way: dragged there at dawn once, then booking the 06:00 slot every day after.
